About Stop-motion Animation

StopMotion is an Animation Film Making techique to make a physically manipulated object appear to move on its own.
The Object is moved by small amounts between individuallyphotographed frames,creating the illusion of movement when the series of frames are played as a continuous sequence.

There are Mainly Three Type of Stop-Motion Animation
Clay Animation,Sand Animation,Cutout Animation.

Clay Animation (ClayMation)

In clay animation, which is one of the many forms of stop motion animation, each object is sculpted in clay or a similarly pliable material such as Plasticine, usually around a wire skeleton called an armature.

Sand Animation

Sand Animation is also known as Sand Art,It has a term which has two meanings.
It is the name given to a style of Live Performance Art,and also to a type of Animation.
In the Former,an Artist Creates a Series of images using Sand,a process which is achieved by applying sand to a surface and then rendering images by drawing lines and figures in the sand with one’s hands.

Cutout Animation

Cutout animation is a unique technique for producing animations using flat characters, props and backgrounds cut from materials such as paper, card, stiff fabric or even photographs.
